late arrivals and cancellations
All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of your service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.
Cancellations for both medical and spa appointments require 24 hours notice. You will be charged the full amount of all missed appointments and late cancellations.
